You can't answer the phone with your hands under a bonnet.

An AI phone agent for automotive. Tara answers when you're under a car or the workshop's flat out. She takes the rego and the problem, and books the job in.

Overflow, while you're in the workshop

You answer when you can. When your hands are full or the counter is busy, Tara picks up, asks what's wrong with the car, and books the drop-off. After hours she does the same, so the morning starts with a list.

Going to voicemail each month

A$4,200

That's A$50,000 a year, or about A$950 a week.

On After-Hours (A$199 a month), Tara pays for herself after one recovered job a month.

That's a lot of flat batteries.

Common questions for automotive.

Can Tara ask for the rego and the problem?
Yes. She asks what the car is, what it's doing, and when the customer can bring it in. You get all of it in the text, so you're not ringing back for basics.
Can she quote a price?
Only if you want her to. Many workshops would rather quote after seeing the car, so Tara can say a technician will confirm the price when it's in.
What about a car stuck on the side of the road?
We agree this during setup. Tara can flag it as urgent and text you straight away, or give the caller a number for roadside help if you don't do callouts.
We're a one-person shop. Is this overkill?
It's built for exactly that. If you're on the tools most of the day, every missed call is a customer who rings the next workshop on Google.
