Common questions for health clinics.

Will Tara handle health information carefully?

Tara is set up to collect only what's needed to book: name, contact number, the type of appointment. She doesn't need health history, and we agree with you what she does ask. How recordings are handled is part of your setup.

Does this replace our receptionist?

No. Tara handles overflow: the calls your receptionist can't reach because she's on another line or with a patient, and the calls that come in outside hours. Your receptionist stays. Tara backs her up.

Can Tara quote appointment fees?

Yes, if you want to share that information. Some clinics prefer to keep the fee conversation with a human. We set it up however works for you.

What about calls from patients in distress?

Tara flags urgent calls for an immediate callback, or transfers them to an on-call number if you have one. If a caller describes an emergency, she tells them to hang up and call 000.
