What happens if I go over my included minutes?
Extra minutes are A$0.45 each, billed at the end of the month. You'll see your usage in your monthly report before the bill arrives.
Do I have to pay upfront for 6 or 12 months?
Yes. 6 and 12-month plans are paid upfront for the whole term. That is what gets you the lower monthly price (6 months) or no setup fee (12 months). Monthly plans are billed month to month.

Is there a contract?
Monthly plans are cancel-anytime. 6 and 12-month plans are paid upfront. If you leave early, we refund the months you haven't used, less a fee equal to one month of your plan.

Yes, anytime, up or down. Tell us and we confirm the new price in writing before anything changes.
Can I start with one product and add the others?
Yes. Most people start with the phone agent. Add the others whenever you're ready: nothing you start with locks you out of the rest.
Can I combine offers?
Partly. Chat at half price works with any phone-agent plan, alongside any other offer. The 12-month plan, the founding offer and the website bundle each cut the same phone-agent setup fee, so those three don't stack: you get whichever one saves you the most.
